CoreExpress and then some upperbody on my own. Feels great to run to the gym and back. But still no running on the cards. Better to play it safe with my two S+C workouts and two stretching workouts in the week. Need to try swimming sometime.
I got my MRI results back last week. No problems are found in my back. What the hell. So as far as i think my last chance is to visit an osteopath or chiropractor. I'll feel fixed for a short term. But my verdict still isn't in on Osteopathy. I believe that they can absolutely make some big changes in the body. I've had a massive change done on my hips before. However, i don't believe that they know how to fix the problems at hand. And their changes will also need to maintained every few weeks.
