Swim at WLU. They had the heat cranked in the pool for some reason. Warmest its ever been there, probably warmer then the REC. ugh...felt overheated at end of swim. Nice to have the pool 50m though.

Took advantage of the nice sun, low wind and pristine powder conditions. Took Black Dog over to Natchez Woods and down by the river. Sweet afternoon.

XC ski on Grand River Trail. Coming off 4 night shifts and last night only 3 hrs rest. Had to break the trail. Fresh powder, couldn't see skis for all the snow. Black dog did a great job in the powder.
