9 Holes at River Edge. Birdie on 2nd hole & 1st par of the day on the 9th, good day to be out there. Too many bogies & doubles. Struggled off the tee, but iron game from 150yd in is good.

Great day for a ride at Puslinch Trails. Met Neil (O-Cup race buddy) and ripped around the trails. Perfect conditions.

Great swim with Luke to prepare him for Kona in a few weeks.

300 m with paddles

Night Ride as Andrea had friends over for the evening. Used Andrea's headlamp. Rode GRT and some neighborhood streets over to Chicopee then did 7 hill climbs and part of the single track. There were also people playing glow in the dark frisbee golf. Chicopee was the place to be!
