Took advantage of about 6 inches of fresh powder and went with my neighbour along the Grand River Trail towards Bingeman Park. We took his dog & Ciara along with us. Great day, but no I'm super sore. Frig..I can't wait for a massage tomorrow!

Went out for an out & back on the Grand River Trail with my neighbour. Nice sunny morning and about -10C. 1st time out on the skiis this season. There are some decent hills on this section of the Trail.

Great swim at WLU with AH & Little K.
I swum with the swim group (9 of us) and did 500 pull then 5x100 on 1:45, then 400pull then 4x100 on 1:45 then 100m cool down.
