Swim (Wasaga Olympic Tri) 23:50 [3] 1.5 km (15:53 / km)

Wasaga Open water swim. Water was a bit choppy and some swells but not too bad. Managed to get a decent draft for 75% of the swim. Came out in good position in my AG. (I think 1st or 2nd).

Ride (Tri Bike) 1:01:13 [3] 40.0 km (1:32 / km)

Wasaga Olympic Tri Ride. Got off to a bit of a sluggish start but then quickly picked it up. Luke caught up to me at 21km (just past the turn around) so that gave me some extra energy to keep with him for almost the rest of the ride (and...no I wasn't drafting..) Came off the bike in 2nd in my AG behind Luke and I think 4th overall.

Held a steady pace throughout from between 4:10 and 4:21 pace. A guy in my AG passed me with a km to go so that was a bummer. Oh well. Still a solid showing.
