Milton Tri Swim Course, 1st race with new AquaSphere Icon Full Sleeve suit. Felt great in the water, was up near the front of the pack in the 2nd Wave. Caught up and passed several people from the 1st Wave which started 3 min ahead of us.

Milton Tri Run Course, felt sluggish the 1st 2km uphill Appleby and into the fan. Was in 2nd place in my age to this point then got passed by 2 guys in my group. Managed to pick up the pace and hold 4th spot
