Swim race 13:06 [4]

Binbrook Sprint Triathlon Swim Course (Actual swim was 0:11:55, above time includes run from beach up to T1. Good swim for me.
T1 1:14

Ride race 44:11 [5] 27.0 km (1:38 / km)

Binbrook Tri Bike Course.
Put the hammer down for this ride (although coming into T1 I forgot where my bike was, that was not a good start) . AVG 36.7km/hr. Thought I avg'd more then this according to my computer so they probably added transition time to bike time. After race, noticed that my crank almost fell off.

Run race 27:18 [5] 6.5 km (4:12 / km)

Binbrook Tri Run Course, this course was crazy, the large amt of rain during the night, when I finished it looked like I did a Mtn Bike race. Majority of run was on trail (mud) and grass. 4:12min/km pace.
Overall AG 1st out of 12.

Ride out to Bamberg, St. Clements, Hawksville & Heidelberg. Wind was strong out of the North. Couldn't go too much further, was pretty tired.

Swim at Sunfish with NBK, Arms felt like they were tied behind my back after a tough day of slugging around Hose at Work.
