Family run with double stroller along Lac Tremblant. Ironman run course. Part road and part paved path in forest.

Paddling 44:00 [3]

Paddled from resort around shoreline of Ironman Tremblant swim course. Quite a bit choppy. Had to stop at the raft 3x to dump water out of kayak. Need some tips on paddling technique! Managed to get good speed but need work on fine tuning control

Swim in Lac Tremblant. Was going to go paddling but kayaks were locked up due to earlier rain.

Quick MTB over to Chicopee. 2 laps of chicopee and back home. Wrist feels 90% again. Another week of rest on it & it should be good to go for Kelso Tri.
