Following another busy night shift, this spin was with no doubt my worst effort of the year. Just held on to finish it. Still need to run 1hr today...right now I'm not sure that'll happen.
Heading into week 9 of 20 for Tremblant 70.3
Upcoming 3 weeks are a swim focused, then run focused then bike focused week. This works out ideal as in 2 weeks we should have some decent riding weather.

Road Run after a brief afternoon nap on the couch. Had to motor to get back to go to work for night shift.

Early morning road run. Tried to motor today, felt good most of run. Added in a few steady hills by Chicopee.
