Ride (Tri Bike) 1:23:55 [3] 51.0 km (1:39 / km)

Late afternoon ride 3pm outside. Cough pretty much gone but still a bit of neck pain. Should be cleared up early this week.
1st time on Cervelo this year. Don't have race wheels on yet. Wind was a bit gusty later in day today. Solid ride however I feel cramped on this bike, maybe need to raise the seat? Avg 36.2km/hr
Good way to end another lack lustre training week, 4th in a row under 5 hrs. - that won't cut it.

Easiest trainer ride so far. Small ring for entire ride. Still coughing and can't move neck to side without pain so trainer it is. UGH. Hoping by tomorrow it'll be OK for outside ride
