Ride (Tri Bike) 1:57:30 [3] 73.0 km (1:37 / km)

Feeling beat up from yesterday's crash, I met up with Chappy for a rode ride. Met him 12km into ride near Bloomingdale however his crank arm was loose on his bike so I had to do ride by myself. Put the hammer down for most of the ride and averaged 37km/hr. Had a nice tailwind going out but that meant headwind coming back!

Afternoon ride at Hydrocut. About 20 mins into ride (on Frankenstein) I took a hard crash on a switchback downhill corner. Hit a root and front wheel went sideways and I went down hard on R arm/shoulder, right side of face which I ate a tonne of dirt. Have a nice swollen lip, and under right eye is swollen. Didnt' loose any teeth :)

Group ride with some O-Cup riders at Kelso. Pre-rode course for upcoming race at Kelso. Good to ride with a few fast people and get race feeling back chasing guys and having them right on my rear wheel for a bit. Good times.
