Morning ride around Natchez Woods, Grand River Trail, Climbed up tenderfoot and North Hill at Chicopee and back along GRT. Thought yesterday would be my last outdoor ride of 2015 but today was just as good!

700m w/u mix of free/drill/kick all w/fins
5x300 free on 6:00 last 2 sets w/ paddles

Afternoon ride at Puslinch. The trail was amazing! No dust, no mud, just perfect aggressive conditions. No leaves on trail either. It was so good. Didn't want to leave there.

Got back to parking lot after 1st loop and had some extra time before getting Kings from after school so went and did my favourite section again. (Similar to kamikaze at HC)
