Long day at POM. Went off the map on the way to number 1 and lost probably 3o minutes before finding #1. Some people finished my entire course in times faster than my time to the first control. Ok after that until # 8 where my brain went dead and I wandered around for another 20 minutes. Tough day, but got lots of physical training. Covered over 5 miles on a 4.2K course.

Long day at POM. Tough day out there for me. Had a few minutes of mistakes up to # 6 and then couldn't find #6 despite 30 minutes of trying. In a rocky green area with lots of boulders. Finally gave up and did a few more controls on the way to the finish. 90 minutes was enough exercise for the day.
