running 1:42:00 [3]

ran local hills, steep descents with return steep climbs. Ran with my friend for her 40th birthday, didn't run all uphills, but felt strong enough to run them all hard. Fitness feels better than before AR 50, hills are not as challenging, and i feel strong every workout.

mountain bike 1:45:00 [4]

El Morro loop. Down red tail to lower canyon then up I think I can trail to upper fire road, to top and out. Felt very strong today. Pushed bigger gear up every hill, didn't have to shift to small ring in front, I felt like I could push big gear even on steeper climbs, I just got out of the saddle and pushed up each hill. I did crash about 10 minutes from the end of the ride, my front tire washed out on a descent and I got slammed on my left side. Tore my left elbow and forearm up as well as my lower leg, also got a huge raspberry on my left hip down to the lateral aspect of my left knee. It feels fine this mornig, we'll see how running down some hills will feel in about 30 minutes.

running 1:05:00 [3]

Ran hills Sunday. It was just one of those days where nothing was hard, i ran effortlessly uphill at a faster pace than normL, and felt recovered very quick once getting to top of hill. Great run, that was how my AR 50 should have been.
