wicked metcon with kyle. rackin' kb stepups & squats, then air squats just when you have nothing left...and then again...and again...and again...... then..... a really cool three station conditioning. pleasantly spent after it was all said and done! a mention afterwards about running coaching that will be offered in march - some concern from a couple peeps in the class that running causes injuries - i laughed and said... you know runners say crossfit causes injuries! too funny.
