Baseline retake class with kyle and mike. 500m row, 40 airsquats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pull ups. Happy with some improvements...bit of time knocked off..... and some elements with less scaling this time. The big examples of functional improvements I have found since starting CF in Dec is 1. putting the fitted sheet easily on our box mattress now 2. easily transporting heavy bins during my Friday school food deliveries for F4K. Pretty cool!
