tomorrow I check out alchemy - seems to be a good place for an aspiring Siberian unicorn to hang out! having fun changing up the routine a bit lately - my spin has become super clean and smooth circles instead of choppy squares with all the indoor cycling - fun! maybe back to some running tomorrow!

Fairyland Trail - how trippy! Rim trail back to complete a beautiful loop. Nice end of the running trip before catching Cher in concert on the Vegas strip, and the red eye home! Can’t wait to check out the valley. Knee pretty sore but hopefully heals up quick!

Woke up with a bit of a buggered knee. Plan for the day was too good to miss so taped the crap out of it and had a great time on Thunder Rim Trail and Golden Wall Trail, with the really pretty out and back on Buckhorn Trail. Super sweet day. Trav lit it up today - fun to watch him just disappear!!!

Virgin Trail - the second half. Nice smooth running through lots of Aspen - funny coming across a bunch of sheep just blending right in. The last couple miles was whippy downhill and so much fun watching trav take off like a gazelle.

Virgin Trail - bit of an uneventful trail EXCEPT for the periodic lookouts over the most spectacular Pink Bluffs! Pretty magical.

a dark morning so quite the giggle watching Roxy do surprise wake ups to all the bedded deer she could find! reminded me of the berbers' daily camp wake up at the MdS race years ago - harsh!
