1/2 hour well spent with girlie push ups (back not ready for full on ones), abs, biceps and triceps, some inversion batgirl stuff and evil hip stretching.
5 months of chronic back pain started melting away this past week - yahooo. keeping optimistically hopefull! combo of osteo, inversion, avoiding lifting, and "light" exercise seems to be the ticket to get those bulges and herniation back in place. can't wait to start getting some fitness back.
