Skate Skiing 52:00 [3]

conditions were great again today! downhill to sulphur creek on main loop a little icy and made for a questionable line towards the bridge crossing, but all good! i have missed skate skiing so much and now we have perfect conditions for human groomed trails right out the back door almost! sweet!

a treat to run w trav this morning. all K2 rules were abided by...which meant a considerable amount a extra work for him coming WAY down for me twice. now, gotta say, was a little disappointed SMT hadn't post holed things a little better yesterday. yep disappointing. almost looked like there was no polka dot summit yesterday. hhmm. trix was good to set a straight, most least path of resistance trail for us - she is good at that.

was a weather weenie and decided to spin indoors. good news is back is letting me do some jumps on the bike trainer so I made it a good workout -probably better than the frail trail.

not the speediest but met my time goal plus 5 minutes. back started tightening about an hour in, but totally tolerable. stretching, core, and acupuncture to continue!

may have got myself on a cabot trail relay team - stoked! and panama is a go which will be uber, and yes, EPIC! rest of the month building back strength, then start working on getting some speed in time for april race.
