contacted my pm&r friend...apt shortly..until then heel lifts, sandals around house, and topical voltaren - no more of my self inflicted pain therapy. thinking achilles bone spur. good time to take a break from running, so all good.
Works out well to have an low volume week to take care of Trix' s recovery. Blob on right heel/achilles (likely just scar tissue) needs a break from running I think! Hopefully it clears up - shockwave therapy a while back didn't seem to do too much longterm so will just try 3 times daily x 5 min manipluation and also some good calf stretching.
