Decided, what the heck why not run the MEC Dundas Valley Trail Race like SUPER would - you know, kinda like a shake down run if I was racing a 10K with trav in a few weeks. Amazing what I can do when I think I am SUPER - ran a good solid race. Did a warm up from the hottage first, with a guy wearing lots of Gears superhero tight, colourful, stuff - apparently he was a hitter, and went home with hardware!!
