jiggle of the bruised arse pretty sore, but glad I went out for a short shuffle - beauty in the valley, and think the spraying is working - limited worms!!!

messing with Roxy and fell hard about 3ft off a downed tree - as it turns out having four legs makes you much more agile than two! modified my usual core routine today. fingers crossed just a totally bruised arse is all I limp away with. Roxy had immediate first aid covered as you can imagine!
