CrossfitPrime Class - learned how to do a snatch thingie...did I master it?...no, far from it...but had fun trying! Then a 15 min AMRAP, split into 3 no stop parts - with a partner - 1000M row, 800m row, 600m row...and all time in between doing thrasher or thruster thingies.

really good partner 18 minute AMRAP, mostly shoulders. fun figuring out strategy on the go. not sure if I should have used heavier weights...but got a feeling my question will be answered when I am sore tomorrow. trav and I came home to flowers today - it is not a club, it is a community and family....good people.

warm up stuff, then lots of great squat practice of reps of 5 up to 80%, then a 16 min to death air squats and burpees...but, I survived! wasn't the prettiest, but hey, improvement!
