another morning out and backing on lions club road.

wicked metcon with kyle. rackin' kb stepups & squats, then air squats just when you have nothing left...and then again...and again...and again...... then..... a really cool three station conditioning. pleasantly spent after it was all said and done! a mention afterwards about running coaching that will be offered in march - some concern from a couple peeps in the class that running causes injuries - i laughed and said... you know runners say crossfit causes injuries! too funny.

metcon w kyle. after a emom of bentover kb one arm rows, band stretch across the chest thingie, and supermans with arms front to over back at waist...1 min each for SEVERAL....such weanie running arms, urrhhh......we moved into a really good rowing coaching session before a 5 x 1 min row with 2 min rests between. recorded my output and definitely was more productive with the additional coaching every set... last one hit 256m for the min...woohoo...for me.
