CF Endurance Class - thinking fondly of Coach Craig already :) 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m rowing, then 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 deep air squats - the rx was burpees but this modification just to shelter my shoulder a little longer. did an extra 40, then 20 in solidarity of trav's last 20, then 10 burpees. rest time was based on time it took to do previous set - cool!
