great class with kyle. mike floated to watch over technique....needless to say he visited me alot...which was really helpful - he breaks down the moves nicely! hard, fun workout - can't wait to get some of the standard moves right so I can get through them a little quicker. I was 3 skips short of achieving the 15 minute 50 mb clean, 100 skip, 50 wall ball, 100 skip, 50 squats, 100 skip, workout goal - rats! good news is I did a DU skip!
