slushfest! quite the kniepp foot therapy by the end of it. few ice batches still so cleats came in handy.

partnered up with trav for the 15 min kb swing, du, hspu - we took the first step with the training wheels modification for getting to a handstand pushup. super fun - think this will come along pretty well. the du's - that I just can't get - want to jump twice rather than turn the rope twice!

19.3! Given that I cannot do 50 5-in. elevated strict handstand push-ups (not even 1!), I opted for the scaled workout. Happy to get it done in 9.17, well before the 10 minute cutoff and totally to scale. The learning today - after 50 strict db presses, getting into position for bear crawl can be difficult - complete face plant!!!! Aack! Too funny.

great class with kyle. mike floated to watch over technique....needless to say he visited me alot...which was really helpful - he breaks down the moves nicely! hard, fun workout - can't wait to get some of the standard moves right so I can get through them a little quicker. I was 3 skips short of achieving the 15 minute 50 mb clean, 100 skip, 50 wall ball, 100 skip, 50 squats, 100 skip, workout goal - rats! good news is I did a DU skip!
