Oh, oh! Rope Climbing! A total blast doing a partner 20 min AMRAP with wall balls, mb sit up pass, and rope climbing. my partner and I were both newbie rope climbers and had such fun trying to inch our way up. tons of hands on coaching from eden and craig.

19.4 -so excited to do the scaled version this morning, but got sent to the kid's table cuz I haven't near mastered the snatch move yet. totally bummed but the right call by craig - they are really good coaches at this gym! and eden ended up giving a great modified version that was still challenging that four of us did!

super fun class with janet. "Macho Man" - yes, even with the tunes.
EMOM until cant complete in 1 min 3 power clean, 3 front squat, 3 jerks - cap of 15 min. still learning the power clean and jerks so more mentally hard then physically - I have little coordination putting it all together - fun trying to get closer to what they should look/feel like and coaches never stop helping!
