a welcomed chilled class with kyle post everyone's Open effort. back squats, then 9 min core workout, then a EMOM of running sprints and 10 db squat and press thingies. definitely felt the earlier artabans!!

19.5 - the last one in the Open. Craig gave me the thumbs up to try the scaled version for W55-59 - woohoo!
33-27-21-15-9 reps for time of: 35-lb. thrusters & jumping pull-ups with time cap of 20 minutes.
It was not pretty, and both Anita and Craig came around OFTEN to correct my form to allow for counted reps, but I did it! 17:10 - that was hard - sore already so I can safely say I will be sore tomorrow! haha!

loved this metcon with janet. the prowler (sled push) came out - a first for me! super fun and hard! I will be sore! then a 15 min AMRAP of 10 smash balls, 10 airsquats, running sprint, 1 min rest, then 1 min wall sit. it sure added up!

ARK - yay! Super fun night - coached 2 nav sessions and then 2 endurance sessions so got lots of running in! and got to run to/from the location - nice clear night - doesn't get better! nice to see AG!!

Baseline retake class with kyle and mike. 500m row, 40 airsquats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pull ups. Happy with some improvements...bit of time knocked off..... and some elements with less scaling this time. The big examples of functional improvements I have found since starting CF in Dec is 1. putting the fitted sheet easily on our box mattress now 2. easily transporting heavy bins during my Friday school food deliveries for F4K. Pretty cool!

beauty mornin with Roxy! trail report: side trails 80% bare - 20% treacherous ice. artaban bare both sides except for 200m at the bottom. monarch from chapel to turn off to burlington bridge a plate of ice. stayed mostly on side trails so not sure condition of main loop.
