great class w kyle! deadlifts, then 3 x 4 min AMRAPs in teams of three. effective burn!

great class w mike. Hang Clean, Squat Cleans, Front Rack KB Carries. Okay - KB carries came easy enough but lifts are total work in progress for sure! I was planning to focus more on getting to the Metcon classes post the Open but kinda liking the challenge of figuring out these lifts so will also get in some CF classes. The consensus is it take years to nail the lifts - I am game to keep trying - the odd one you do correctly, feels so right!
