Trail Running 1:14:00 [3]

searched out the muddiest trails in the valley honoring the ARK MudFest today - what a perfect day for the race!

Crossfit 1:00:00 [3]

w craig & anita. lots of technical coaching of OH snatches & OH squats - not even close but super fun trying! 21-15-9 timed OH squats (scaled to lunges) and burpees to end on a feeling of being spent!

Trail Running intervals 39:00 [4]
shoes: Topo Terraventure

4 x monarch mayhem. shortened up the rest time in between.

Crossfit 1:00:00 [3]

w anita & kyle. more technique than sufferfest today. shoulder focus including tricks to eventually conquer a walking hand stand. old busted scaphoid from the past sure doesn't like alot of the stuff relying on all weight on hands - achy!

Rowing Erg 15:00 [3]

15 second break every 5 minutes made for less nausea this time.

Rowing Erg 15:00 [3]

nausea for sure - read it could be simply shift of blood flow and/or build up of lactate causing lowering of blood's pH. can't imagine doing this as a sole sport! yikes! hard!
