trav & rox only had to do a 30 minuter this morning so I joined in, followed by a pretty walk - trails are spectacular right now!!!

Official Time: 23:15. So.... Crossfit has been a game changer for me - so much so, the back issues I have had for a number of years have settled down and I have been able to do a little speed work the last few months...so...I had a silly goal of trying to meet the age group qualifying time for the CDN 5K Road Championship in TO in October - which is 24:30. really happy I did it! over the moon no discomfort at all running.... well..other than two anxiety hiccups which had me completely stop twice and regroup my brain. eased up and just enjoyed knowing I was going to achieve my goal. Yiippee!!!!
