a first - heard some snarling coming from the woods on the high trail between ground hog hill and the orchard. first ignored it, then realized that was not too typical so stopped and looked into the bush - a big coyote gave me a look then started making its way off - must have had cubs near by!

w kyle. hang clean session. then w partner 100 hang cleans, 75 toes to bar (modified with kip ups), then 500 double unders (modified to single unders). fun watching DGL teams run through as Alchemy checkpoint!

observational science: FDFs hang out more on the main (gravel) trails than side trails. ran a while with trav & rox which was super nice - trav noted that I am as much of a FDF magnet as paul trebilcock - I was honored. although I think I rather just stick with seeing crows like the man.

super good one! Kyle helped alot with tips on my dead lifts, and also gave me the aha moment with my kb swing. cool! so love crossfit! think the electrolyte issue from two workout mornings is also sorted out - felt much better today.

w janet. bit wasted from the hills, and I think some sodium issues I am trying to level out.....but put an okay effort into the squat session, and then a tough AMRAP of 400m run, 50 squats, 500m row for 15 minutes!
