w kyle - super fun - my first tire flips! that is hard! after push press session, super good team of three AMRAP of front squats, tire flips, and row! set up in a really fun way just chipping away at the 16min!
rest day tomorrow! with light volunteer shifts this week, really wanted to get a stretch in of 5 crossfit days in a row and still be able to walk and brush my teeth - mission accomplished - fun to feel my fitness build.

w Janet - good one! action packed. EMOM for 12min 45s Alt. V-Ups 45s Plank 45s Superman. Then AMRAP in 14min 20 KB Swings 10 KB Lunge Press / side 20 KB Swings 20 KB Goblet Squats 20 KB Swings 20 KB Situps, 200M run. got through 2 full rounds plus 53 - good and steady!
Then some time practicing skipping - got my first ever DU - woohoo - created some racing stripes on my arms leading up to a successful one. ;(

Caution: Aggressive Coyote(s). Along with my snarling experience, AG!'s howling craziness and now Koko/Milla's close encounter that could have been awful, caution of a pretty aggressive male coyote (I think coywolf) and accomplices hanging out in the proximity of the main loop - notified HCA

w Mike. Eva wokout - a good one! 5 time through 800m run, 30 KB swings, 30 pull ups. 40 min cap. With the hill workout just before the class, instead of 800m runs, I did 400m runs then 400m rows - think it was a bit harder but thought it would be a good change from more running. 31:55 - steady grind and happy with the time!

w broder. squat session, then 1 min stations wall ball, ball slam, devil press, bike ski or row, box jump for 15 min. graduated to 20" box jumps - yay!
