Yay! Ankle blob is no biggie in Eric's opinion. A week off running, some exercises he gave me, some ice, and then off I go again! Yipee! Likely too much intensity with not enough warming up...whaaaa me?? A tip he had too was to activate glutes more before intense running sessions to get them engaged more rather than having the calf muscles and everything around them take on so much of the effort of hills and intervals.
