w craig. good class with front squats then a E3MOM for 18 that just hit the right spot between a good workout and recovery from thurs & fri workouts - felt so loose and limber after! nice working out w blainey....corner of our eye we kept a watch on trav knocking off his 20.3 w anvil judging.
20.3 w anita......and anvil sharing lots of encouragement and congrats on surpassing my goal! 122!.....got through 21 deadlifts at 80lbs and 21 hand release knee push ups, then 15 of both, then 9 of both...then on to 21 deadlifts @ 105lbs, 50ft bear crawl, and one more deadlift rep before the 9 min time cap came. So happy. three done at scale for W55-59 - two more weeks of the Open to go!!!! #alchemyopen2020
