w kyle. back squat session then 3 rounds of situps, DB lunges and DU's capped at 12 min. took the time to practice more DU's but fatigued legs had be pretty sloppy at it today.....strung together 5 ugly inefficient ones!
w craig! LOTS of core stuff again - my core was so sore from yesterday I struggled through this one! Then ladder 9 mins 4-8-12-16...pistols, 8-16-24-36...kb swing. my pistol squats progress is promising - think I will set a goal to do "shoot the duck" on roller skates in 2020 - seemed easy when I was 16 years old - think I may just be able to do it again.
w janet. front squat max session. felt comfortable with 105! Then, a real shoulder burner, AMRAP 4x2min, 8 db push press, 8 devil press, rest 1 min - oh, that burned!
