climate change bummer aside...what a beautiful balmy sunny morning run - rain moved in only the last 10 minutes. sweet!

w kyle. super fun one! teams of three 1 minute row, db lunges, rest .......for 30 minutes! And warm up had a fun row without monitor and trying to get as close to 100m as possible - every m over team had to do 1 burpee per! yikes, we did alot!
w mike. high stepsup and cossack squats. then 4 E3MO3M of 8-6-4 thrusters and DB jump over burpees. a humbling complete body fail for me. not sure what was going on (dehydrated, low food, vasovagal from the up and down??) but got a "black screen" first round through and everything after that was a bit of a haze. drag - was a challenging workout that I could only put about 50% into it in order to keeps the lights on! mike scaled me down which I happily accepted!
w kyle. crazy partner 30min row aletnating every 1:30min to do 15 v-ups. Amy and I got 6694m in! class was super fun because of kyle's pirate themed music!!!!
4 x artaban Woohoo - back to surgeon for follow up today - belly gets a clean bill of health - no chronic crap to deal with - woohoo!! September appendicitis it was, and the body going crazy with inflammatory defence mechanisms that has caused all the long term belly issues! Soon in the rear view mirror surgeon predicts! And the appendix is staying cuz I like it, and so does he.
bit of a messed up belly after red carpet za and treat night, but got through the spin! thx waddsquad, anvil & trav for making the perfect red carpet viewing and indulging me in the stupidity of it!!!
