way better conditions this morning - hardly any slush, just ice. shoes were great - a little cold yesterday in the slush, but so good on ice!

w craig. good class 27-21-15-9 kipping pullups & v-up, with 5 d-ball cleans in between . Kipping getting so much better. V-ups still no where close. good class towards my T2B goal!

4 x monarch mayhem. these shoes are super amazing! best winter cleat I have been in. just noticed MEC is blowing them out at 35% off. trav and I found they fit true to size.
