Then 5min to Complete: 1000m Row AMRAP in 5min 50 DU's 10 DB Hang Squat Cleans 5min to Complete: 1000m Row AMRAP in 5min 5 Devil Press 10 DB Thrusters. Happy to find my row time stayed pretty even - 4:12 then 4:20. a hard 20 minutes!
w kyle. good one with some more extra coaching, this time on v-ups, which I really appreciated! EMOM 10 min 10 push up, 5 strict T2B then AMRAP 8min 8 SDLHP,16 V-up. like the sumo stuff - makes me want to grunt!
oh, that was good! kyle put some magic coaching sprinkles on my hang clean session and I think I actually knocked off some good ones! yay. then 14:30 cap to get through 7 rounds of 5 hang cleans, 10 pullups, 20 double unders. tough!
