skipping, kip swings, pistols squats. ordered a couple slam balls today to add to the jungle gym - 10lbs & 25lbs! yay.

Alchemy WOD at home. AMRAP for 13 min: 5 man makers, 10 hspu, 50m farmer carry, 15 kb swings (mod to DB), 10 lunges/side, 200m run (mod to row), 15 v-up, 15 wall ball (mod to DB thrusters), 10 ball slam (mod to high held DB crunch) 50ft sled push (mod to mountain climbers), 30 burpee.
