warm up then Dirty Helen 3 x 300m trail, 21 kb swings (20lbs), 12 pull ups (scaled to jumps ups). Time: 11:16.

couple hours on our land creating a 400m route for (Dirty) Helen WoD. Fun with Trav & Roxy! Roxy found a golf ball as we were upheaving downed trees, rocks and stuff - a total score in her world!

Alchemy WoD on Zoom - fun! "Centurion" 100 DB Thrusters for Time & E.M.O.M. 30 Double Unders. Mostly singles for me. :) Roxy figured out the complications of a skipping rope - sat under a tree when the ropes came out, after getting caught up quite unexpectedly one of the first E.M.O.M.s.

warm up, then Alchemy WoD Pandemic Push Up: 200 Push ups for time, with E.M.O.M. 2 squats which increases by 2 each minute. that was hard!!! form wasn't great (scaled to knees) but stuck with 25 and required squats within a minute, then a wee bit of rest between - got it done in just north of 10! will feel that tomorrow!

Alchemy WoD upper body. 4 RNFT 16 bent over rows, 16 upright rows, 16 bicep curls. used KBs for all and worked well.
