Warm up, then Sunday Hero WODs @ the JG. I picked "DG", as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: 8 T2B, DB thruster 8 reps, DB walking lunge 12 steps. It added up - good one - and this one looks to be the easiest one of the three - next two Sundays will be fun?!
