Trav's amazing warm up that we will use for the next little bit:
-Half Turkish getups, Mike style (five/side)
·One arm overhead walk, light weight, to catalpa tree on one arm, other arm for the way back
·30-60 seconds skipping or DU attempts
·Thoracic prayer with one arm lift, five second hold. Five/side
·60 shoulder taps (30/side). Slow. Has to take more than a minute
