terrific run this morning.

sadly Finola top and helen loop now closed. had a visit from the landowner that was not thrilled that we unknowingly (until after the fact) made the cut up a lot of his property. he is good with trav, me and rox only using it for the time being....but that will be it! once understory settles down, we will find a different cut up! totally understandable - he already deals with a lot of trespassers up top

The great JG pivot. Trav on warm up, me on WOD and Wiz on a Tai Chi cool down! Fantastic! Will miss our Alchemy Zooms but this works just fine.

Trav's amazing warm up that we will use for the next little bit:
-Half Turkish getups, Mike style (five/side)
·One arm overhead walk, light weight, to catalpa tree on one arm, other arm for the way back
·30-60 seconds skipping or DU attempts
·Thoracic prayer with one arm lift, five second hold. Five/side
·60 shoulder taps (30/side). Slow. Has to take more than a minute

And WOD:
Tarzan & Jane LITE

Burden carry around Tokyo drift, 1 rope climb, burden carry back
20 KB swings
20 Thrusters
10 T2B

Indoor Cycling 30:00 [3]

pretty disappointing to wake up to the 7:30am Zoom cancelled with no notice......looks like our M.W.F mornings routine may have come to an end....we have been so appreciative of it for the last several months! we'll see what is next - gym environment apparently good with safety measures, but pretty much impossible to get into a class that fits our work/volunteer schedules. our own JG weekend S & S WOD self programming has been a blast! that will continue...we have a snow shovel at the ready! :) tough time for gym owners trying to make it work - feel for them!
