Giro d' Italia starts today - woohoo! Etna finish on Monday - will bring back great memories of our trail race there while the volcano was active! Couch travel at its best!

Small modification to make Helen "head", little turn around after the steps (aka Helen's abs!). So now we have Tokyo Drift and Helen Head as short run options for JG WODs!
