Coach Mike!! Excellent morning under the walnut trees! More handstand work - hard for me to get my head around it but getting closer! Yay! Bumped my burden walk weight up to 35 DBs - felt good about that! Timed out on the last burden carry and Helen farmer carry - did some rock harvesting for the HSPU station to make up for it!
