Coach Craig! Still feeling it from M & W CF, this morning whipped me but good. Even the warm up BEFORE the 8 sets of push jerk, then 5 by 3 minutes for 12 cal row, 10 devil's presses (12 lb), 10 burpees defeated me! Good fun and energy with all the cool gals in the backroom though. Last 2 sets of the WoD right wrist got sore on the burpees, so reduced the burpees from 10 to 5 but added 10 kb swings - gotta love Coach Craig's help in keeping me honest!
