Annual Murph for Veteran's Day (1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, then another 1 mile run). Coach Patrick gave me the thumbs up on my modifications, and off I started! 42:00 to finish. Was really proud of my purple band aided ONE HUNDRED PULL UPS!......and Coach Patrick kept me pretty honest with them! Woohoo - big improvement from last year!
