Coach Craig!! Really liked the WoD today. EMOM for 17 min with cal row and BB thrusters, 1 thruster in first minute going up by one every minute until 16 thrusters in final minute. My goal being a shitty rower was to get to 100cal accumulative row (120-150 cal was Rx targets) and not miss any thrusters. Missed the row goal by 2 cal. Super fun though. And had me thinking about all the places/transitions I could have worked harder to get those last cals in within the time cutoff. Did them anyway dammit. :) Really like these kinda workouts!
