Sergei's little pep talk had me become a little more enthusiastic about the sled push and it wasn't all bad! Thanks Sergei!
Then rowing, skipping crossovers, pull ups & push ups. Got some great tips from Coach Janet & Kristin on my pull ups - set a goal to string two together with kip swing within the next month!

great hard class - Coach Craig set it up nicely to get through the volume of burpees and T2B (attempts) while still getting to the DUs!

This WoD made me feel like I am making gains. 3 x AMRAP of 3 DL, 1 Clean, 3 Jerk. Last round comfortably Jerking 55lbs! No more training bar baby!
