Oh, liked this one! After our weekend camp, really now in a mindset to not do what I don't like doing - max lifts - but rather lifting with intent and pauses and negatives! 6 rounds every 4 min of 300m row, 15 sit ups and 5 3 sec neg/3 sec pause squats.

Neat class today! First 12 min EMOM - sand bag carry, broad jump burpees (fun!!!!), KB farmer carry. Then 400, 200, 100, 200, 400 run with 10 OH squats between each run!
